Liquid along two vanes.

The contact angle on all surfaces is 43 degrees, so Concus-Finn filaments can form, and grow until they reach the tops of the vanes. Note that the liquid between the vanes is moving faster than on the outside, due to a greater ratio of wetted surface to free surface.
