The contact angle on all surfaces is 60 degrees and the wedge half-angle is about 18.4 degrees, so Concus-Finn filaments form. There are no side-walls above the groove, and zero pressure in the liquid, so the liquid does not rise above the groove tops, and each groove behaves independently.
