Liquid in a deep channel with a bulge

The contact angle on all surfaces is 50 degrees, so Concus-Finn filaments do not form. As the channel widens the the capillary force on the liquid decreases, but because the walls are so high, the liquid has no problem getting all the way through and filling the channel.
